Congratulations to my buyer on officially closing on this house yesterday! I’m excited to see how you make this house your own! 
Thank you for trusting me to guide you through this process it’s been a joy to work with you.
Can I just say, this was the first real rollercoaster. This one was crazy but we did get it to the closing table. Thankful for the support staff to help me out and their forgiveness through this learning process. Also, with my mentor, Amanda on the other side, I grew a bunch by doing this deal mostly myself. Thankful for these opportunities and all glory be to God.
